alright...heres wat happened............
-about a month ago i cleared my headlight....
-a week later, it fogged up really bad....so bad that the fog actually beaded into water and got on my hid bulbs
-my hids stopped working and i figured it was just the bulbs that went bad
-today, my new d2r philips bulbs came in and i stuck em in
-guess what happened.............it didnt work
-i checked some fuses and my left headlight fuse was out..i replaced it and it did nothing
-does anyone know what might be wrong with my hids??? could it be the ballasts, the wires, or the fuses????
please someone help

my last resort is buying factory housing and trying to get warranty

 

it is very possible about the ballast. it has to pump up all those voltage so.... before you go to your dealer, make sure you put back your stock bulbs and also the orange reflector, otherwise they would know you have messed with the light before and your chances of getting the warranty is....

 

try to borrow someones housing instead of getting a new one
