Dude u can probably relax till morning time. I'd offer u some advice but I'm not exactly sure what u should do. Search the forum for similar issues for the time being. Bumping every 2 hours isn't gonna speed the process any.

Welcome to the forums.

As MilwaukeeDave said above, be a little patient and also search the forums for more information.

I deleted your other thread with this same request since we would rather have only one thread per topic.

I also deleted your post in the Black Market since you are not eliglble to sell or trade yet.

Please read the information I posted in the thread I closed. https://acurazine.com/forums/2g-tl-performance-parts-modifications-116/closed-per-black-market-rules-851412/

Welcome to the forum.

With the motor running, Spray some carb cleaner around the area you think you hear leaking/sucking air. Does the RPM/Idle change? If so you have a vacuum leak. If not you may want to try cleaning the throttle body, Idle air control valve, and TPS sensor.

Also, changing your oil at every 1500-2k is an EXTREME waste of money

EXTREME overkill. My oil still looks pretty damn clean at that interval.

Op, does it do this all the time? My 99 had fluctuating idle when there was a major temp drop when winter hit and just this year when it went from winter to summer. Did it for about 30 miles of driving. I know it was doing it because when i put it on cruise control, it would go up and down below and above 2k rpm pretty often. By the time i got close to home, idle was fine.

If it happens constantly, can definitely be a vac leak somewhere. If it idles up and down, then its probably your IACV.

as you mentioned in another thread as a suggetion to someone

do clean your egr port and passage system IMMEDIATLY
while the manifold is off, clean the throttle body
and the iacv is inside the bottem of the TB

99s had a recall to install a smooth bore in the small egr hole, but it still clogs
Everyone needs this service approx every 75kmiles, and 99s even sooner as they have only 1 port,,later years have 6

easy diy

note our front and rear motor mounts are vac boosted = failure will cause unlocatable mystery vac leak
