Some engine vibration at idle

Is it normal to feel slight vibration in the seat when the car is idle on park? The vibration is low beat frequency (less than idle rpm) and has irregular pattern. It's not severe but I can definitely tell the engine is running (I have 02 tls). The reason I ask is becuase in my previous car v6 accord I could not really feel the engine idling, so I just want to make this is not something to be alarmed about. thanks

How miles do you have on the car? Well, I have 52K on 02 TL-P, and I feel a bit when it's at D5 and I'm holding the brake.

What is your RPM when idling ? It's drop to 650 rpm or stay at 750 rpm when

mine is @ 72k...it only happens sometimes. engine would vibrate a little and the rpm would jump around a bit (this only happens after i drive around a bit around the block. is it the transmission?..maybe im shifting between the 2nd and 3rd gear too much?

I think idle stays closer to 900 but I will play close attention. What if the idle drops is it sign of a bigger issue?

Did you balance your tire? Or get softer wall tires.

The right RPM at idle is 750 if it drops a bit while vibrating then you might have
a problem with the idling valve control .
Clean the TBody first , check your air filter.. before jumping to any conclusion.
Good luck

Car has OEM Michelins and repeated balances and new sets of tires and new motor mounts haven't solved it. But this is not appropriate for this thread.. it belongs to someone else.

I have a 02 TL-S and it idles irregularly most times.

Not sure why, though.
