Smoked out taillights
So i have a set of 2000 taillights on and i'm going to smoke out the yellow part. First thing....what do i use that will withstand the weather, and is there a certain way i have to spray it?

Most people who have done this have used spray on window tint that is used on RC's. You can get a can of this stuff from most hobby shops. Another option that I have seen, and am personally considering, is to put red/black window tint over the yellow portion of the turn signals. I've seen it both ways and IMO, think the red looks better, but then again, my car is Firepepper, so for me red would be better.

i just used the rc spray tint. I personally think it looks better than the 2002 tails but onyl if you have a black car, mine are really really black (looks like the body). you dont have to worrya bout the weather either. jsut try it and if you dont like it jsut take it off

well you can't really see the signals well as before but they are still visible... mostly at night though... try to find out if it's illegal or not in your are... i live in LA area and i know some people who got pulled over for that... and when you do it, take your time!! a rush job will make the tint spray drip and it will dry up like that...
