I have noticed on my 6 week old TL-S that there is a distinct smell coming from the AC. It's hard to discribe, it's not bad or foul smelling - the closest I can approximate is chocolate (but that is not exactly right either but the best I can do)..

do a search on this subject it has ben discussed before. people have cleaned there vent system for different reasons

Do you smell this even with the recirculating turned off? This will give you an indication if the problem is inside the car.

 

Wurth makes a spray that you can spray through the vents. Mainly used to kill the mildew smell.
