Thumbs up

In Chicago you can file a claim with the city and they will pay for damages a pothole does to your car.

What can it hurt to file the claim.

In New Jersey its the same thing. You should of stayed there and called the cops and gotten a police report. It would be easier to file the claim that way.

You could give it a try but if MD is anything like NY...don't bother. It'll take forever and is more of a hassle than it's worth.

Yeah I blew out my tire going down the on ramp, right before I got on the highway I blew out the damn tire and took a chunk out of the rim. Insurance paid for it. The city needs to learn to fix the road.

Sock tire should be coved by Michellin's road hazard... so they will measue the tread and you pay the difference...

This happened to me when I ran over something and I had to only pay $30 to get a new one... Lucky my rim was fine... but tire sidewall had 6 nails in it

Go back to your dealer and ask them... since your an 03 you should not have too many miles on the stocks...
