Hi,
I need to install another battery for my AMP that i have right now. does any one know what that kind of battery called ? i spoke to one of the person and they told me .. something like

I want amp to run by its own using its own battery.

Are you referring to the Optima Yellow Top battery. Check here.

if i understand correctly you want to add another battery just for your amp and your looking for a spiral cell design battery just like the optima battery .....if this is what your gonna do then you better do some more research because ur also gonna need a battery isolator or a bigger alternator and if you dont have a capacitor you should get one of those also at least a 1 farad cap...... im not an expert on this subject so please chim in if i missssed anything or gave bad advice

How big is the amp that you need to add another battery? You could always send your altenator in and have it re-coiled to provide more output.
