Size of Torx wrench for HID retaining screw

Does anyone know what the size of the TORX wrench i need to use for the retaining screw on the HID? Its not a normal torx screw either, it has a little peg in the middle so i would need to have a wrench with a hole in the middle. Any suggestions on where i could find one also? Thanks.

Your best bet would probably Sears or an automotive store.

Not sure of the size though.

It's a security screw. You need a security torx bit. It's a T-20.

I think someone posted a pic of the bit sometime back. Do a search if you need to know what it looks like.

It's definitely not illegal to sell. I bought it from autobarn. Where in NYC are you! If you like you can borrow mine or I can show you where I bought mine!

I don't think they have any near you. They seem to only be in Long Island, Queens, and Bklyn.

Here is the link: http://www.autobarn.com/locations.htm

You could also try Strauss Stores. I think they might have it as well!

I just went to my Local Kragen autoparts as Steve suggested and they had it there. I got a 10pc set made by POWERBUILT for 6 bucks. So its not illegal, thats for sure!! Also comes with some of the square bits for those screws that have the square hole in them. Try Kragen if they are out there on the east coast!!
