Has anyone installed side markers on their car? I think they kinda give a euro-look. Where were they installed? I personally want to try to place them in that small strip, "molding" area off to the side of the front wheel, just before the front door.

 

Have you checked out the gallery? I know at least a couple of people here have installed the side markers but I'm not sure if their pics are in gallery.

I have sidemarkers on my TL. I got mine done at a performance shop on Bloomfield Ave. But now I go to a shop in Bellevue NJ for my car needs. Let me know if you need the address.

Do the cops give you any crap for them? Are you're lights still amber or are they white. Thinking of getting them done as well but don't want to deal with harrassment from the cops. Had enough of that with my last car.

Why would the cops pull you over for sidemarker lights? A lot of German cars have it standard. My sidemarkers lights are bluish. I have them for over a year now and have not been pulled over yet (knock on wood). IMO, it looks pretty good.
BTW, are you going to the March 31 meet at the Hanover Marriott at 2 p.m.?

 

I might be going to the meet. Have to see what my work schedule is like next week though. I'll find out later in the week. If I go, I'll see u there. Where did you get your lights done and how much did they charge you? I want to get them and the '02 backlights.
