Should I trade my 2003 TL Type-S for a TSX
I have a new 2003 3.2 TL Type S, and I could trade it in for a brand new TSX. What do you think I should do? To me it feels like the TSX has more features than the TL-S.

It depends on what is important to you…and only you can answer those criteria.
I think a good argument can be made for keeping the TL, or the sliding into the TSX.
The two primary reasons I’m personally hesitant to leave my TL for a TSX is the TL seems significantly roomier in the interior, (particularly the front driver & passenger area) and I make use of the extra ponies. The TL will still beat the TSX 0-60, albeit by a small amount. Again, this may not be important to you-lol
In a nutshell, the best things going for the TSX is summed up in one word: Technology!
As a brand new Acura model, it incorporates auto engineering’s best refinements. The TSX will offer you the latest technology (as will the new 04-TL despite setting you back 36K).
I’m a Navi nut, and I appreciate the 8-inch screen offered in the TSX. It makes our TL Screens seem tiny in contrast. I also admire TSX’s better sound system and available MP3 player option-I would be all over that!
The good news is that both are awesome vehicles!

How does the TSX have more features?
The TSX does not have heated mirrors, memory seats, power passenger's seat, fog/driving lights or V6.
On the other hand it does have a better navigation system and an optional 6 speed.
All in all, the TSX is newer, but does not have more features.

Besides, the new TL will likely have the same new tech goodies in the TSX, and more. OTOH, if you want a new car now, and the TSX suits you, go for it. We won't be mad at you.

Thanks to everybody that replied to my question. I know what to do now. I'm going to wait for the 2004 model because it has mostly all the same features and perhaps more. Not only that it kinda has the same body curves. I called the dealership and they said it might come out in Oct. Thanks again.

I just had the TSX for a loaner car from my dealer and I must say...I wasn't fond of it. The ABS is WAY to sensitive (I barely stepped on the brake and hit a bump at the same time and the ABS engaged immediately). I wasn't impressed by the front window defogger (think the TL's is much, much better.) Not to mention the lack of power.
If it were my 1st car I think I'd have liked it more but being that I've had a few higher quality cars I wouldn't get one.

i think TSX would be a step up for lets say i guy upgrading from his integ or civic, still sporty, but got some class as well, TL is more upscale, get more respect rollin in a TL than a TSX, TSX is essentailly a 4 door RSX, or so i think.
