Should I sand my vinyl ??

I had a small little rip a week back and I used the Super Clear Vinyl Sealant Repair glue; It seems to act like super glue and melded the 2 edges of the torn vinyl up. However, it left a glue type residue Is there anything I can do to make it seemlessly match the rest of the vinyl ?? Maybe sand it or is there some color matchin thing I can use ??

That's very little. I would just leave it alone. Maybe you can try 2000 Grit sandpaper. But I don't know.

Removing the spot isn't a problem....you will have a problem not fading the dye in the vinyl

You are better off not doing it. You dont like it now, even though most people will never notice it. But, at least now it looks fine, you dont know what the outcome will be when you sand it down. You might discolor it a little or take out the texture. Just leave it along before you end up replacing a door panel because of a little glue that no one will ever see.

I'd leave it alone. If you sand it, it becomes bigger and more apparent.
