Should I get the undercarriage spoilers?
I just bought a '02 Nighthawk Black S-Type and am considering getting the underbody spoilers/skirt. I'm new to the site and was hoping some of you veterans could share your opinions or perhaps post pics of other Black TLs with the underbody work. I don't think I'll get the rear wing spoiler...
Thanks!
Thanks!

I say you should go for it. I think it makes the car look good. Remember that the front spoiler makes the front of the car lower to the ground a little. I cant put the front spoiler on b/c it will rub on my driveway.

But if you think about it.. what factory options are still available for the first Gen TLs??

yup get it!!! i did and i'm not lowered yet...but i don't care. it's not like it's an aftermarket wild kit that requires lowering and wheels to make it look right. this is stock oem stuff...it's like the jaguars with the front splitters, or the amg benzes and m bimmers. nothing wrong in my opinion.

I wouldn't get the kit before I got new springs.....my friends and I usually laugh when we see a car with a kit that isn't lowered.

I've seen un-lowered TL's with body kits and they look just fine! I don't know if I want to lower my car and get the body kit as well, seeing how the road conditions can be where I drive... potholes, railroad tracks, bumps and dips, snow in winter...

S 500's: all you gotta do is push a button (when the car is parked) and the car lowers/raises automatically.....plus it lowers on its own when you hit something like 85-90 mph to reduce wind resistance.
