Question seeking advice

Hello everyone,

I have a 2002 TLS with no mods. Last night I was driving and came to a stop sign. I stepped on the brakes and as I almost came to a stop, I felt a light tapping from my brake pedal. 2 seconds later, the warning light ( the yellow triangle with the ! on it) blinked on and off. That's it. It hasn't happened again. Anyone else experienced this? Any cause for alarm?
Thanks in advance.

Thats the VSA system turning on/off. Was it raining out at the time? Could have been that you lost traction and ABS turned on. (ABS is considered a part of the car's VSA system)

liqice,

Thanks for your reply. Yes it was drizzling outside so that could be it. It's just never happend before and I have 10k miles on it already. Good to know it's nothing serious.

Yeah there are times when the VSA system will turn on and blink so quickly you don't even notice it. I've only noticed it turn on once when I took a 90 degree turn really hard into my development. I've also gotten it to turn on when I was spinning in snow, but thats kindof obvious

Sounds like everything is working fine though!
