I am planning on purchasing the H&R sport springs. I have 18 inch wheels with +45 backspacing right now. What other modifications will I have to do in order for the springs to work without any problems? Also, what ballpark price would a shop charge for installation. I am fully capable, but with my job I just don't have the time to have my car immobilized for who knows how long.
Thanks
Matt

I would just get comptechs since it seems to be headache free with camber issues and stuff. With the H&R's the springs might be cheaper then you'll have to get a camber kit which adds to the cost. I've seen 18's with a comptech drop and it looks tight!
But with any drop you do you'll need:
1. Wheel Alignment
2. Readjusting your headlights to aim properly
3. Camber (Depending on springs)
4. Shocks (Depending on springs)
Shocks however, you might be able to ride the stock ones till they wear out, and exptect them to wear out in half the time then they are suppose to last. With Comptechs they last just a tad longer I believe. Koni Shocks seem to be the choice on this forum.
I myself dont have springs yet but am planning to get Comptechs over the summer.
