search button not working

the search button isn't working....you can serach...but no results show up

That and I have to keep going down to the bottom of each page and setting to Descending order...

Search is being handled by a separate engine called ibSearch, which is presently crawling the database. It will take some hours to finish & we can expect results to be incomplete until then.
