Angry Scratches all over the car

Hi All,
My car was very dirty, and one of my friend without knowing, tried to clean up with tissue paper

Because of the dust particles on the car it has left scratches all over the car. Could anyone suggest what should l do now ? Do I have to repaint the whole car or is there anyother solution which could take away these scratches ?

I really appreciate any kind of pointers.

I think some are pretty deep. I could feel it with my finger nail. Some are easily visible.

Exclamation 3m swirl mark remover

and the 3m machine polish for deeper scratches! wash it, clay it , polish it! an orbital buffer like the porter cable would be preferred! big job bro! and it still might not fix it all? make your stupid friend do the detailing! though after that, i wouldn't let him near the car again! why didn't he just use some sand paper to get the dirt off!?

Yeah, kman156 is right. Those steps are EXACTLY what you need to do but it's not gonna look as good as it did before.

This guy came into my shop with an 03 ES330 and did the same thing but with paper towels Tried doing exactly what kman156 said with no success at all.

Whatever you do, make your friend pay for it. And then explain to him fvcking with a man's car like that is like hitting on his wife...and depending on who you ask, it might be worse--YOU JUST DON'T DO IT!!

GOOD LUCK!

Those scratches are not going anywhere. I mean, waxing and polishing will help, but you will have to go to a shop and get it done professionally. You said you can feel some of the scratches with your nail. Those are irrepairable with only a wax/polish job.

My suggestion? Get a new paint job. You could file it with your insurance company, but you're going to have to come up with a damn good story so it sounds like YOU had nothing to do with it.

And after it's all done, kick your friend in the ass multiple times.
