Question scraching....... Solutions??????

There is a scratching noise coming out of the front right tire area...The scratching sounds like the sounds very similar to the sound the break pads make when they are worn out....The bads that i had on when the noise started where not even a yr old and still no where near done but i still changed them...so with new pads and the rotors resurfaced i still get the scratching noise....some times i can hear it even when i'm not breaking maybe even when going over pot holes....i'm pretty certain it's not the back break pads because the noise is clearly coming from the from.......been having it for about a month and it's getting annoying..any help would be great
THANKS FELLAS

i checked that as well and it's clear of that, it doesn't make any contact with the shield

If this is the case can a rebuild of the caliper fix it or is it necessary to replace it(brand new)...also is it necessary two replace the left also or just the one with the problem?

Is the sound constantly there? Or does it come and go once in a while?

You say it sounds like brake pads wearing out, so it sounds like metal is scratching on metal?

If so, I have the same problem And my brakes are still good.
