Scheduled Maint.
I am at 67,000 miles right now and I was thinking about when I am going to do my 75,000 mile Maint. Do you guys go to the Dealership or do you see what is suggested and have someone else do it?

Do the maintenance yourself. At 75K miles it's just normal tuneup items: oil change, ATF change, plugs, etc. Nothing too difficult.
First thing you should do is get a basic service manual. If you're not going to do more than tuneups, then a Chilton or Haynes manual will suffice. If you want to do more detailed work, then there's no substitute for a Helms manual.
In the end, not only will you learn how to work on your car, you'll save yourself thousands in the long run.

get it done somewhere else or do it yourself, the only thing you might want the stealership to do is the tranny flush.

A safer way is doing a "triple flush" in which you just drain and refill the ATF 3+ times making sure to drive the car a bit between each change.

I suggest having the first fluid change no later than 15,000 miles after the transmission is installed to ensure wear-in before switching to a synthetic ATF for longer drains. If you plan on extending drains PAST 30,000 miles on ANY ATF, even Amsoil Universal ATF, a fluid analysis along with consultation with an expert such as Terry Dyson is highly recommended.

cahanging the fluid often isnt going to help our trannies either. i changed mine every oil change and that tranny lasted the shortest of them all
