There was a thread on dealer ratings a while ago.
Anyway ... here are my ratings for the service departments (sales would warrant another thread ;-) :
Frank Leta (St. Louis) : 10/10
Dave Mungenast (St. Louis) : 7/10
Continental Acura (Chicagoland) : 7.5/10
McGrath (Chicagoland) : 8/10
Woodfield (Chicagoland) : 3/10
Frank Leta was by far the best in my experience. Courteous, friendly, professional ....and most importantly they knew what they were doing and got the job done!!
Anyway ... here are my ratings for the service departments (sales would warrant another thread ;-) :

Gatorland Acura in Gainesville Fla.
0/10...The worst acura dealership on the face of the earth. The service department needs a serious overhaul, and the parts department is equally hideous..I hope nobody has to deal with this B.S. dealership.

Logheed Acura(where I got my car from)
Sales - 9.5/10 Great service, friendly sales
Service - AS LOW AS YOU CAN GO.... I have NEVER had a service experience this bad... they are so unwilling to deal with problems... and always give me "Oh, that came with the factory(mis-aligned exhaust and door panels), and there are NOTHING we can do...blah blah blah"..... and the service guy only know 3 things... "Sign HERE, How you wanna pay, here's your key"... and he doesn't even hand me the key(I complainted about his attitude soon after I had my first service... and his attitude towards me were bad ever since)... he just throw(ya, throw) it on the counter and turn away.... damn mother FKing A$$Hole....
So, I move to another dealer for service since...
Northshore Acura
Service - 9.5/10 Great service, friendly lady, nice clean car after service(I always find dirty finger prints all over my car from Logheed Acura).... she even phone up days later ask if I am happy with the service and if I have any further problems....
I rather drive 40 min to Northsore for my service than drive the Logheed Acura, which is only 10 min away from my house...

This is the 2nd car I've purchased from them in less than 3 years and both sales experiences were as painless as you could ask for.
Service department has been equally impressive. Paul Santamaria takes GREAT care of me -- my car's always ready when he says it's going to be and when I make an appointment, he's more than willing to get me a loaner -- whether it be an Acura or a quick trip to Enterprise.
Parts department is also top notch. I've dealt with them quite extensively in the past couple of months buying parts for my other car and they've gone out of their way on more than one occasion to get me what I need. The last time I was there the guy behind the counter was unsure of the exact gasket material I needed se he gave me a tube of each -- for free. Small gestures like that go a long way.

Tustin Acura - 9/10 Bought car, awesome sales manager and finance guy, service is iffy.
Sierra Acura - 0/10 ULTIMATELY THE WORST. Never had a good experience with the sales/manager/service techs.
Acura of Pasadena - 8/10 Service advisors are awesome, but takes too long to service vehicles, facility too small.
Thomas Acura - 4/10 - Took my car here numurous times to fix rattles and such, fixed NOTHING, except for moonroof. and Service advisors are a buncha smart talking know it alls. sales manager tried to sell me my TL-S w/Navi w/kit for $38K OTD! He wouldn't give me the same price he sold to my friend.

Hubler Acura of Indianapolis - 1 out of 10
The general manager is a crook. I'm so angry with them I drive 20 miles out of my way for all of my service. Hubler was unwilling to work with me after I discovered what they did, and it wasn't even that much money. I only lost a few hundred dollars, but I've talked three people out of buying cars at Hubler, and the other Acura dealer (Ed Martin) got the business.

weir canyon in anaheim hills i give them a 8....their service was ok straight to the point but unless you buying they resufe to really try to sell you a car......good and bad in different ways

I will not take my car there again.
Worst service I've ever experience. My Honda Civic dealer is much better than these Acura schmucks.

Sales 9/10. I was treated like a king and taken seriously even though I look much younger than my age (age 34, look like mid-20's). I made it clear I wanted to buy a TL, they made it clear they wanted to sell a TL--no bullls*** approach. I was made to feel as if I was purchasing a luxury automobile. I had an honest salesman--an anomaly in today's society, and got a fair trade for my Intrepid.
Service 7/10. This is my second dealer-serviced car, and while the service dept. does a good job, their prices are a little high and they weren't able to fix the center console hinge on the first try. At least they're nice. I also live in the neighborhood, an added plus.

2/10. I got an Internet quote from these jokers, $27 800, told them about my trade, and my wife and I drove 30 miles hoping to make a deal. It was over in 5 minutes. They flat-out refused to deal with me. I was polite to a T, but as soon as I mentioned the trade again, my car in good shape, they offered a trade value that they knew was ridiculous, almost an insult. Didn't even offer a test drive. When I didn't bite, they basically said, "I'm sorry I can't budge", and I walked. The salesman even had the gall to introduce me to the manager on the way out! Almost as if to say to the guy, "if he tries to come back, stonewall him". Don't go to these fvckers, they are dishonest. I've bought 6 new cars and this was the worst experience I've ever had. I ran to Motorcars the same day.

Santa Monica Acura (SoCA) 4/10 for service.
After ongoing NAV problems, was called by a followup person. Told her my story, was assured I'd be called in 1-2 days following this conversation. 2 Weeks later I was called, but had already contacted Acura (2nd time) and arranged to meet a regional rep at Keys Acura in Van Nuys for more diagnostics.

David McDavid Acura (Plano, TX) -- 3/10
Goodson Acura (Irving, TX) -- 10/10
I bought my TL-S at David McDavid but never could get a time to get my first oil change done (hard for me to get away from work) so I called Goodson, they worked me in on the first day/time I suggested and have never gone back to David McDavid! Goodson installed my Comptech Headers, too!
