In my school there are 4 people who have TLs, 3 of them are Silver. I was the first one with a TL. There is are two parents that come pick up their children with TLs. The 7 TLs i'm talking about did not include those. I was just driving home from school, when i started counting the TLs, and i saw 7 TLs in the 15 min drive. About 5 of them didn't even have the license plate on. What's up with that? Are they giving these cars out real cheap because the 2002 is comming out?

Yep! Most I see are stock - but when I do see a TL with mods it snaps my head around Cuz ya know ya wanna be seen by other TLs if you have some stuff

You see so many cause, it's a good buy and a good car. If you want something original go with a Gremlin or a Pinto or better yet a Yugo Turbo. Saw this guy going about 120 Kms with a Yugo Turbo on the freeway!

I saw him and I was so scared, going 120 kms and swerving through traffic on the freeway with "bicycle tires." It's a white one By the way anyone int he lower mainland seen it?

I went to LA this past weekend and I am always on the lookout for TLs, I only saw 6 the whole weekend I was there.. what part of LA? I was in the Irvine, West Covina, and Ontario areas.

But you are right, there are more and more I see everyday. But alot of them are old farts.. I don't know if thats a good thing or a bad thing...

I only really notice the ones with any kinds of mods on them.. which are very few.

Damn I have not seen very many TL's around. I think a lot of one car as in the Accord. Now you see tons and tons of those around, modifed and stock both. They are everywhere! The other day I was out driving and maybe saw 5 TL's all day. None had any mods, all were driven by old people.

Well here in Virginia, I can count the TL's that I see. So far in Richmond, there is only one modded TL and the owner is an older fella! Damn its going to feel good when mine is finished......Hardly see any TLs here...what a relief...

Same here. I have noticed that people are racking up on them in the last two months probably because of the lower prices. However, the only mods I see are rear spoilers and occasional chrome Acura rims.

I have only seen two other firepeppers in my area, and I am the only one with the rear spoiler and/or underbody kit. Actually, the only one I have seen with the same package was a Satin Silver. Every other one is just an older guy or woman with bone stock. Once I get my rims, springs, and sways installed, I'll most likely will be the only one. Even Jason and Danny haven't done much to their exterior, yet.

Their "guts" will kick my ass anyday, though.

Before I got mine, there weren't that many TL's around.

After I got mine, I started seeing more and more.


And it's not because I'm paying more attention now.

However, there's only two modified TL's running around, and the rest are stock. One's mine, and the other belongs to GaddAmit.

Where I am, there are about 40ish TL's from 1999-2003. They are real rare here, that is what I like about them. Lots of people ask me "what kinda car is that??". I believe there are about 3 black TL's in my city...... me being one of them. Most of them are silver or white. There is only one 2004 model so far.... so 60 year old retired guy drives it. The TL's are rare here !!!

i see TONS of TLs (premies, Type-Ss and even the 2004s) all over the So Cal area. it also doesnt help that i work near an Acura dealership

here, in the Valencia-Santa Clarita region, i see TONS of MDXs. i was picking up my sister from school and i literally saw 5 to 6 MDXs parked in front of each other. talk about Valencia soccer moms and their MDXs LOL

i haven't seen that many 04s though... i wonder why... i've only seen 1 black 04 TL since it's been out.. and i'm in LA (25mile commute each way every day)
