I think Saber is the lower-priced model with cloth seats, no moon roof, stuff like that...I think.

Both cars have lower grade models with 2.5 liter V-6 engines and cloth interiors. Only small cosmetic differences wheels, grill as posted, tailamps and they are sold at different dealerships.

Absolutely correct. That's how it is.

On the subject of brochure oddities... I have a Japanese Integra brochure from 1997. Inside the front cover there is a picture of a RHD Integra with Florida plates. In the background is a mountain.

I've been here 23 years... the only mountains are landfills.

Those Cali license plates are fake. Cali plates have a number, three letters, and then three numbers, so the top one is a sham. The bottom one is also because Cali is only up to 4 as the first number (e.g., 4 AAA 1234). EPA will outlaw gas burning engines by the time we get to seven as the first number. Also, special vehicle plates are designated as such.

Is there a price difference? How much?

While I'm used to seeing lots of nearly-identical 'sibling' cars (Taurus/Sable, Malibu/Cutlass, etc...), this seems to bring it to new heights.

Actually, that's not correct. They are issuing plates that vary from the 1number/3letters/3numbers scheme, they have been for a very long time, when my parents bought a F250 about 6 years ago it came 1 letter, 1 number, then 5 letters. My sis and brother in law have a Civic that 1 letter follewed by 6 numbers, all DMV issued non personalized plates. They still issue plates with the 1number/3letters/3numbers scheme, but they issue other combinations as well.
