Rough idling problems

1999 acura 3.2 tl

what i've changed
1. Iac valve
2. Ect
3. Map sensor

no check engine light!!!!
cold start

1. Idle is about 1000 rpm because vehicle is cold.
2. Feels like vehicle is idling rough when it reaches around 700 rpm [feels likes misfire]
3. Checked scan tool, all sensors seem to be reading normal
4. If i stab the pedal or throw it in drive the vehicle will die; cannot maintain idle when cold
5. Starts back up but i need to keep my foot on the throttle to keep it from dying.
6. Iac % is around 8-9% when trying to idle.
7. Map sensor is around 1.xx voltage, scan tool does not translate into vacuum [in'hg]
8. Ect does some to match up accordingly

normal operating temp

1. Vehicle runs like a champ both city and freeway
2. Idle is still kind of rough like its misfiring
3. Ho2s sensor is switching like it should; even though i feel like the vehicle is misfiring the ho2s sensor doesnt seem to mind.
4. I have no misfire counters on the vehicle.
5. In upper rpm range the misfire seems to go away

vehicle runs perfect when warmed up but still idles a bit rough but it wont die when the vehicle is up to normal operating temp
vehicle runs horrible and idles horrible and dies during cold start ups.

I tried all different types of gases from every brand but still seems to be the same. Ill check the spark plugs today and see what the gap on them are and see if they have any signs of being too worn.

Changed spark plugs with OEM part, NGK platinum spark plugs.

Vehicle still remains with a rough idle. Cold start up, ran a little better, when i stab the gas and let it try to idle itself, the vehicle dies.

When i throw it in drive upon cold start up, vehicle dies.

Made some notes on what im seeing as far as scan tool data.

MAP is at 18 inches of vacuum but lowers down to 15 as engine warms up

O2 sensor before the CAT is switching like its suppose to.

Short term fuel trim is [ -23.7%]

Long term fuel trim is about [-14%]

The fuel trims to me indicate a rich condition and the ECU trying to take away fuel. My sensors look like they are in range and no signs of any abnormal behavior

I also checked for any vacuum leaks; no leaks at all.

I am going to check fuel pressure next.

ANY SUGGESTION ON WHAT I SHOULD DO NEXT?

i also want to add that I tried disconnecting each coil one at a time to see if it makes a difference but it didnt.

Im assuming its random misfiring but it does not throw a check engine light or have the check engine light flashing which indicates a serious misfire.

I'd look into your vapor canister. A bad part in the chain (canister, purge solenoid or vent solenoid) can cause the issues you are experiencing. You should be getting a CEL and associated code but...

Sounds like the IACV is faulty in all scenarios.
