I have change my rotors on several occasions, and still Experiencing the same problem(pulsating) can somebody recommend something better for me, and where to get them. This rotors issue is really upsetting me.

Do you know if the lug nuts are torqued properly? I had problems when I had a tire replaced and did not check the lug nuts for the proper torque spces. Before I remembered to check, the front rotors had warped. I had to release the lug nuts with a breaker bar. I believe the torque spec on Honda/Acuras is 75 ft-lbs, which when you use a torque wrench feels like no force at all.

I bought my TL w/ 25K on it and immediately had the dealer turned the rotors to stop pulsing. About 10K later, same problem, dealer changed out the rotors. Another 10K and it feels like it's back. I talked to the dealer and they said that the pads had never been replaced.
1st, what would the pads have to do with it and why wouldn't they have replaced them at least when they replaced the rotors? 2nd, all of this was warranty, so I would have expected that they checked lug torque.
I guess this isn't very helpful, but it brought back a sore point.

Brake pads are the culprit for the rotor warpage. Supposedly, they're a little too hard so they create too much heat, which in turn warp the rotor. I think the one w/ the gray backing is the "improved" version.

which rotors do you replace with? And do you put on new pads? and have you checked the alignment? wheel balance? tire pressure? bent wheel? all those factors?
