Roll down windows with Remote?
#3
might be too complicated for the stock remote and system, but it's possible if you go with an add-on or completely new aftermarket alarm. you can close upon arming, you can vent, you can completely open - just depends on the brand of model.

You might be able to depending on the number of channels our Stock Alarm brain has. My guess would be its not worth it, and its cheaper just to get an after market Viper/Clifford Alarm and then add 2 DEI 530T modules so that it controls all 4 windows via remote and also programmed to automatically close when you arm the vehicle. This is how my car is setup and I love it.

It's really hard to do with the stock remote. Cars with auto-up/down have the control modules on the drivers window circuit board. You'd have to add the modules. If you wanna do some modding, I know that maximas have the modules for the front two window modules. I bought a set of used maxima switches from ebay that I'm hoping to install in another nissan since the switches match up and I just need to mod the socket.
