Today my 02 Acura TL with 217k has gotten the infamous tranny failure. Was driving back from school and it just lost all power and while giving it gas only the Rpms would go up, had to get it towed. Not sure if it's the original tranny or not but I got the car back in 2012 with 160k.

In any case, Do not rebuild! get the AV6 Swap if you are planning on keeping the car.
