Post Rims balancing after tire replacement?

I'm going to put new tires (215/55-16) on stock rims. Should I ask installer to balance them after installation?

you HAVE to balance new tires

when changing sizes, there's a 98% chance you will need an alignment too.

Thanks! Is balancing considered as a part of "normal" installation (and its price is included into tire installation price) or this is something I should require for extra cost? With my other cars (including Accord which my wife's driving now) I've never requested balancing, so I'm wondering if it was done after all...

It is usually included in the final price but it really depends on the shop. Some shop will charge it separately and some shops will include it. You WILL have to get all of them balanced.

And no, you do not need an alignment if you did not change any of your suspension components. Changing the tires alone will not affect the suspension geometry.
