What are the specs, Width and offset?

Typically no you can't, but sometimes you can shave them down a little to get them to fit.

You probably want to raise the offset of your rims. Lowering the offset will push the rims further out from the wheel well.

you can machine the rims a little bit and make the offset higher. if it still rubs, shave the fender lip. if it still rubs after that, sell the wheels and get some that actually fit.

what is the width, height, offset and tire size?
