The right way of installing a OEM wing yourself

I'm clueless to the fact on the right way of installing a wing. Do I use a drill bit or a whole saw? Silcone around the edges so no water gets in? Some pointers would be appericated. By the way I got my radio code for free YAY! $75 richer

Drill bit. The wing has a gasket that should keep water/etc out. But silicone never hurts... just make sure you get the sensor safe automotive kind. And remember, measure thrice, cut once.
