replacing low beam

Hi-

I have a few questions on replacing my HID bulbs. After I get the screw off, how do i get the plastic cover off? Pull or twist? Also, what measures should I take so that I don't electrocute myself? Thanks

twist counterclockwise like a jar lid. Aside from making sure no one is in your car and the lights are turned off, I think you'll be OK. Just don't stick your fingers or your tongue into the HID harness

Shouldn't have power anyway but just stay away. USe rubber gloves if your very concerned

Actually, after you take the screw, turn the cover CLOCKWISE, not counterclockwise. When the cover is off, you will see a black rubber plug. Turn it COUNTERCLOCKWISE to loosen it and pull it up slowly. Now you will see the bulb secured by a pin (hinge). Press and lift up the hinge and the bulb should pop right out. I just upgraded to 6000k bulbs today, so I remember all the steps.
