just got mine fixed today..($255) (front=115/ right=60/ labor=80)
both mounts (front and right) were ordered right from dealer.

my old mounts had NO rubber left inside of them! is that bad for a 2000tl with 61xxxmiles???

How bad was the shaking? Was it side to side shaking? Whole front end?

there wasnt any side to side shaking. the shaking was mostly noticable at a stand still, but when i hit bumps i felt and heard the motor bouncing.

oh and btw...youll know that you have bad motor maunts when starting the car, right when starting the the it would give a lil more jerk than usual.

Exclamation

I think it's about an hour & a half of labor for the front & about a half an hour for the side mount...

I would stick w/OEM mounts regardless of where U go to have them put in.
