Replacing a 99 Acura TL tail light
I was wondering if the 02-03 TL tail light would fit in my 99 TL

Not unless you plan on doing a rear end conversion.

OP

You have a 1G they are 95-98.

If you want clear tails then go to eBay and type in 96-98 Honda Inspire tail lights. Then something will pop up.

I got mine off ebay and they are in perfect condition.
