Is it possible to replace the stock NAVI screen with an aftermarket TouchScreen? Like Kenwood's 8" widescreen??

I'm just curious. I have w/o NAVI and wanted to add the Kenwood system, but am trying to decide what to do with my Climate Controls. Can I use an after market touchscreen to control them? Or would I need to relocate (maybe remove the cointray and install below the HU)?

Not too bad. I'm able to buy the parts at a great price so....I'll save large on the set up. Installation I'll do myself. Should be fun. I need to read through the Helms on this though. Not sure if I'll need the Complimentary Helms guides though.

Anyone have any suggestions?? Ideas? Thoughts on this? I know asif finished his conversion.
