Replace broken Taillight
Replace broken Taillight
Hi, This is my first post. I'm glad I happened upon this forum. Looks great with a lot of useful info.
I have a 99 3.2, and have to replace a taillight today. I'm not necessarily asking how to do it here. I'm wondering if there is a 'how to' site specific to acuras that gives instructions for things like this. Or if there's a section at acurazine that I could go to.
I did a search here but didnt' find anything.
Just from looking at installing it, it looks fairly easy to do. But I like to have some reference to make sure I don't screw something up. Thanks.

By 'taillight' do you mean a bulb or the taillight assembly?
For the bulb, how to replace it is documented on Page 232 of the 1999 Owner's Manual.
For the taillight assembly, follow the same instructions for pulling back the trunk liner. The taillight assembly is held in place by four, threaded studs that are attached to the assembly, held in place by small nuts on the inside of the trunk.
