Okay,
Took off the B-pillars on the TL and had them repainted. After I put them back on everything looks great but when I drive there seems to be a click/ticking sound on the drivers side. To me it sounds like its coming from the front door but it could also be from the back door.

Anyone else have this happen after taking off the pillar? Is there something that I'm missing?

try taking it apart again and see if anything was loose.

Tried taking them all apart and putting them back on. Alas, no help.


I'll be putting pics up in the door pillar thread as soon as I wash my car (this weekend probably).

I had an annoying ticking noise also - get to where the seat belt mechanism is, take of the inside pillar. then tighten the 2 bolts that hold it on there, mine were slightly loose and thats all it took to make the noise that was ticking right in my ear for months before I fixed it
