Removing Tail light

Hey guys, need some quick help. I am in the middle of replacing my rear tail lights for 02+'s. I removed and replaced the right one with no problem. The left however is causing me difficulties. I removed all the nuts holding it in to place, but it won't come out. Is there some screw or something else keeping it from coming out that the right one didn't? I'm losing daylight and would REALLY appreciate some quick responses. Thanks in advance!

I've tried using a decent amount of force, far more at least, than was required to remove the other tail light. I don't want to break anything. There is silver plastic box in which the harness was attached thats inside the bracket. I didn't know if this had anything to do with my difficulties.

Yes, I am sure i removed all the screws, at least all the visible ones. Keep in mind I already removed the right one with no problems. It seems apparent that there is something else keeping the light in place. I haven't used a hammer, but I've used the butt end of a screw driver to help and try to knock it loose. I've also tried pushing it out with my bare hands and that hasn't worked either. No, I'm not a weakling, I played college football and lift on a regular basis, still no results.

Getting a little frustrated. Should I just take it to a dealership to seek help? I'm almost at wits end with this one. Any suggestions would be GREATLY APPRECIATED!!!

try bumping/moving the headlight up and down and it'll come out...push it in and then try out again. I changed lights for s friend last weekend and had a similar problem.
