removing snow?

ok, before my TL i had an integra and not giving a rats ass about it when it snowed, all i did to remove the snow was pour hot water on it. i know that doing that may have shattered windows but like i said i didnt give a rats ass... is it ok to do this on my TL? would it damage paint or anything else like that? thanx

LOL I would stop doing that if I were you. Our windshield aren't made with Pyrex you know

Just use those window scrubbers with a broomhead one one end and an ice scaper on the other.
Turn your car on first and use the defogger. Then use the broom part to remove the large amounts of snow, then just use the ice scraper on the windshield. Voila, should take less than 5 minutes to start diving.
