My problem is simple; because i want to paint the whole caliper, i have to remove the entire brake sys, BUT the nuts are VERY TIGHT! and i cant remove. I can turn it a bit @ great effort but theres another nut who needs to be held still so that the outer nut comes off.

I'm not weak or anything, maibe theres a technique...i've seen some poeple hammer a bit before removing...hmmm, maibe im just ...Please help me , tell me what you know.

I did this a month back and I had to put a wrench on the bolts and then used a set aof pliers and, tap, tap, tap. I wasn't ab;e to get them off by hand or with a socket set but a litttle wrench and a little hammer(or pliers) just obvoiusly don't hammer the crap out of i, it isn't a nail. I'm sure you will do fine, try some WD40 on it and leave it for a few min, that should help soften it up a bit.
