Remove Shift Knob?

How to replace the shift knob? Should I just turn the knobs counter-clockwise or is there a screw?

It's a bit tight...unscrew it counterclockwise.It's pretty long, so you'll be unscrewing for a little while. Then when you need to screw it back in, that's where the chicks come in
