Remote start question. Long story short, I bought an 03 TL 3.2 for a backup car, anyway fast forward a few months and I was topping off the PS fluid today and noticed a sticker on the engine cover saying it was equipped with remote start. I can't figure out how it works, or if I even have an OEM fob. Any help would be much appreciated.

 

Originally, they do not come equipped with remote start; so that OEM remote will not have the function for that.

chances are they had a 3rd party remote starter/remote added to the car and possibly removed prior to selling...is there any branding on the sticker? you may want to look up that brand's remote starter on google to see what it looked like.
