If you get the NSX calipers they are about $100 each at rockauto (thats if they have any last time i called they only had driver no passenger) and good rotors DBA or EBC r gonna be $200 a pair and pads would be like $60-$100 for good ones and stainless steel brake lines r $100 so
$200 both calipers
$200 both rotors
$100 pads
$100 SS lines
= $600

You can get Willwood for like $700 4 piston calipers that look sweet..
I have NSX calipers up front and am getting a anooying rubbing noise but i think its the metal bracket on top of the inside caliper and If I can do it AGAIN i would prob go with the WillWood brake kit..

Does anyone have a WILLWOOD kit that can chime in and let us know how it is?

Yes but is was the idiot that put them on kinked the line to make it fit and fluid was getting trapped!
On the NSX calipers where the brake line gets screwed on is lower on the caliper then the OEM so instead of unscrewing the screw that hold the brake line and fixing it he spun and pulled it untill it was kincked!

legend calipers are better than nsx and cheaper, the legend 2nd piston is bigger than the nsx, seach the forum for the exact numbers. (84 after core charge at rockauto). Also back when i was looking at the wilwood set i read a lot of reviews about willwoods rotors in general warping easily.

well i already have rotora rotors and a brand new set of ebc greenstuff pads sitting in the garage. so the legend calipers would be the cheaper solutions but...

the willwood does look sweet

one piston on the nsx it 1 or 2 mm smaller. doesnt really make a difference. they look 10x better than the legends tho. and the same price if not cheaper (not including core)

the legen calipers have to be reversed cuz they are trainling edge and if you put the right on right and left on left then the bleeder will be upside down do u have to reverse them.. Yeah i don't think 1-2MM makes a difference.. I was not comfortable putting a driver side caliper on the passenger side nor was i comfortable having the bleeder upside down and bleed ing the calipers off the car!

with the probs the stoned had,, and the supply of legend calipers greatly exceeding those of nsx- I would stick with the well proven 1995 Legend LS-C caliper bolted to the stock tl bracket, rotors, and pads

Paint them black and rust or looks isnt an issue
Its not prob running them reverse of `marked`

That noise you are hearing is the big spring plate hitting the TL rotor edge- throw it away

Considering the location of it on the legend as opposed to the TL its not really putting them on the wrong side. It wont harm a thing as members have been running this setup for many years trouble free.

I have to take that plate off just have not had time to do so.. Yeah the NSX calipers are in short supply they did not have a passenger side one when I had my problem a few months back but they might have got more in since then!

I would go with the Legend calipers for this exact reason. What happens if you have a sticking caliper and cannot get a replacement? Sure it could be rebuilt, but what if you can't rebuild it?

The Wilwood kit is a good street kit:

http://store.excelerateperformance.c.../i-236893.aspx

12.6" 1 pc rotors, Wilwood 4 piston calipers. Reasonable price.
