Unhappy rear signal bulb please help

oh yea also i just bought a set a m22 polarg bulbs for my rear turn signals, and they dont ****ing fit!

the bulb is exactly the same and everything but the two little locking mecanisms on the bulb are not positioned right.
for example on the stock bulb the locking mechanisms are positioned not straight, but like a slightly lower.
on the plolarg is is poitioned straight making it impossible to fir in the socket.

damn is there anyone out there with replacements for thier turn signals? for a 2003 tls?

can you tell me which bulbs they are?

for the front the stockers and the polarg are positioned straight.
wtf?

Use a file to file down one of the lock mechanisms until the bulb slides into the housing.

All aftermarket single filament bulbs with those "nipples" are exactly 180 degrees apart. While our factory bulbs are not. I think they are at a 90degree angle. I'm not sure. But all you need to do it just file one of them down. simple as that. and no it won't fall of. cause I had to do that to a set of red bulbs i got for the rear. had it on for 6 months, haven't fallen off, since I've taken them off last week to put the orange back in.

Shave the higher tab? did you put a dual filament bulb into your rear blinkers or something?
