Really Bad Service Experience

I had to take my car in for a few things today. I went to Montclair Acura. My SRS light stayed on, the transmissions shifts really hard sometimes and when I hit the right turn signal and recover the steering wheel instead of the signal turning off it automatically starts signalling left. They called me to say the car was ready and when I went to pick it up it was not petty.
Tey fixed the SRS light......they said it was the belt buckle. I went in once before for this problem 2 months ago and they told me it was some module under the seat and they had to special order the part. I never got it fixed and now this time they are saying it was something else. I really dont care aabout that though. </br>
Next they said they cant fix the turn signal problem because the module for that is inside the fornt bumper and they wont take it off b/c I have an aftermarket front lip spoiler. I asked what that had to do with anything and they said they dont want the liability for damaging it. Then to top it off they didnt even look into the transmission problem. They said a mechanic took it for a ride and ddint notice anything. So I was angry and was ready to leave when I noticed that my drivers seat was not installed properly. It was very very loose!!!!! They didnt bolt it back down properly and I had to waste more time waiting for my car.

Overall I will never go back there and need to find a new dealer for service.

Yea, Montclair sucks a$$!! I purchased my car there and took it in for a couple of oil changes and wasn't happy with their service. So now I go to Park Ave... much better service there. Since you live in jersey, I will advice to go to Park Ave too. It is definitely worth the trip.

As I recalled the last time I was there, they have a sign that saids they install Comptech parts??? I don't think they would give a hoot. I'm sure these lousy dealers have been made aware that they suck. They just wont care.

Dammit, if Wayne and Jens keep this up I'm going to have to sell my house and move to NJ!!

Why can't the rest of the dealers be as competent and accomodating as PAA? Although, FWIW I had a recent visit to Acura of Avon and they treated me pretty well.
