Trust me, I don't think they'll ever stop. If not one thing then the other...squeaks, rattles, buzzes, and etc...so far I have one of each!!! Driving me nuts I tell ya...

My car spent a week at the dealership 2x to fix rattles. It's slightly better. Gauge cluster does not rattle at all anymore and my passenger b-pillar is 90% improved. I still have squeeks in the driver seat and sometimes the passenger which was something the dealer had tried to fix. I enjoy the performance and looks of the TLS but expected the same quality I had in my previous 3 Honda's and honestly that is not the case

To answer your question, spraying WD-40 into the receptacle end of the seatbelt on the drivers side of my car cured my squeek although I had to repeat it a few months later. As the buckle gets more wear on it it should dissipate on its own.

My subwoofer grille rattles, but my dealer (Delray Acura) said it's performing as designed and is only caused by excessive bass. NO SH!T IT'S CAUSED BY EXCESSIVE BASS, WHEN THE FU(K DO YOU THINK IT RATTLES? I didn't design it to have such a nice stock system, they did, so why couldn't they design the grille not to rattle?

They did fix the squeaking interior door handles on the two front doors (even though the driver's side wasn't squeaking), but they didn't fix the squeaking rear passenger interior door handle. Oh well, another trip.

They also stopped the sunroof squeak with the teflon tape trick.

Also, now there's a new one somewhere in the back that I can't identify, and of course it doesn't do it when someone is in the car

All new cars do it though, my 2k Chevy S-10 Extreme was TERRIBLE, everything squeaked, rubbed, buzzed, and rattled, but this is a much better car, so I'm being a lot more picky, but none of my seats squeak and I have 7,000 miles, I think they would have surfaced by now...guess I'm lucky on that one.

Hi, do you know what they did to stop the gauge cluster from rattling?

Steve,

They told me there was a wiring harness not attached to anything and it had gotten into a spot against the cluster. They also stated they put a thin felt type padding around the trim piece that goes over the cluster. The work was done at Walker Acura here in New Orleans.....

I stopped my seat belt buckle squeaking by spraying WD-40 onto the hinge at the base of the seat belt buckle (under the rubber flap).

How Ironic. I bought my TL-S at Walker also.(I live in Baton Rouge.) Before yours was fixed did it rattle constantly? My cluster only does it at certain times.(I think it's dependant on the outside temperature.) I'm afraid when I bring it to the dealer they are not going to hear it. Thanks for the info.
