would you consider dynamatting the headliner worth it?
and clean placement of the escort remote. might have to do the same myself now.

The plugs in the middle console is for video and audio source for your D2? How did you hook it up?

It's the mute button for his radar. Cleaner look without the wires dangling.

THANKS FOR THE COMPLIMENTS EVERYONE.

kennedyhuynh great job on the custom box!! 10"??

yeah its a 10'' the type e is just in there for now.

tegkid would you consider dynamatting the headliner worth it?
and clean placement of the escort remote. might have to do the same myself now.

if i had the money id dynamat every single inch of my car in it. and yes it showed a big difference in the headliner especially if you drive alot of highway miles.

'03TL-S The plugs in the middle console is for video and audio source for your D2? How did you hook it up?

the inputs are from stuff i had lying around, so i molded them into the console, then ran my rca's to the d2. the only thing i use it for is my ipod, i picked up the a/v cables and plug it in. gives me a source for videos and easy access to songs. i have the pioneer interface for the ipod but rarely use it - only on long trips.

abptltypes02 Nice color choice h&r OE or sport drop and some type-s OE rims and your set. it will still keep it lookin factory

thats exactly what im looking to do for the exterior as soon as i catch up on some money

sorry the pics are from my phone... ill try and find some build pics but i have a feeling they were on my old pc that crashed so ill have to rummage through the hard drive to findem..

better sub picture. IF ANYONE IS ADDING GPS OR SAT RADIO I HAVE MY ANTENNA'S INSIDE OF MY GRILL FOR THE FACTORY SUB (SUB IS DISCONNECTED OF COURSE) BUT A GREAT WAY TO HIDE YOUR ANTENNAS

radar

hard to tell but amp is mounted in spare tire. mess in there to clean as well. baking soda and mess left over from saltwater spill

fogs

im trying to get it cleaned up after spilling 5 gallons of saltwater from my aquariums through my backseat and in my trunk. so as soon as thats in good shape ill take pics of a few more shot.

hmm cant tell exactly based off the pics but if youre radar detector is going through the tinted strip at the top of your windshield you are killing the performance of it.

its just under if i remember. unless we have metallic tint it shouldnt effect the strength at all. it works just fine either way, sometimes too much.

hmm well i know in my old car, i experimented going through the tint and the detection did go down. but that car did have an aftermarket tint strip.

i will if i can get someones tl to work on at the bay. with the new passport hardwire kits it should be alot easier than how i made mine. hell it might fit right in with minimal modification

i had to do mine the hard way with telephone wire and completely modding up my cig connection
