you can buy a universal oil plug... it is basically described as a rubber plug and a cap with a screw on it. the rubber plug goes into the oil pan hole, and instead of screwing it to the threads of the pan like the stock one, when you screw the oil plug screw, it pulls the plug back twords the cap, pinching the plug into the hole and sealing up your oil pan.

they are pretty cheap and work well..

Go to auto part store you will find a replacement, I think it is call quick drain bolt, you would screw that in, and it has another bolt in the middle for you to drain.

Hand screw the filter and drain bolt until they make contact. 3/4 turn past that...nothing more. If you get a small drip from the drain bolt, give it a nudge with your rachet and then replace the washer next time around.

Vice grips work well on stripped bolts.

How do you strip a bolt thats not supposed to be on very tight in the first place.????????

Fram makes the suredrain. works well (but it takes a little bit longer to drain the oil out)

How'd you strip the drain bolt before you changed the oil? Most people strip it when they re-install the bolt.

My guess would be that "Left Loosey, Rightie Tightie" can get all mixed up when you are upside down underneath your car. I know I have.
