Ran a 14.05 at 101 tonight!
Damn - 13's are so close! Well, it was 85 degrees tonight, I'm sure on a cooler night 13's would have been in reach.
So the nitrous system I added dropped me 8/10ths of a second.
It was fun beating Mustangs left and right.

Wow...That's freakin' quick in this heat. Very quick...
If I'm not mistaken, you don't have headers, right??? They would send you over the 14sec edge...
Is there a specific night in gville for the test and tunes??? How many runs did you get? I'd like to go do this one night myself...

They run every Wednesday night. And no, I don't have headers. My only mod other than my nitrous kit is an AEM intake - which is pretty much pointless other than to give me a good place to secure the nitrous.

In sub 70 degree weather you should hit the 13's for sure. Too bad our rides don't do that WITHOUT a bottle!

I ran 13.5@104 with 75 shot and mah Venom 2000... What's your 60 foot time? My first run was 14.0 with a 60 foot time at 2.6. Then I got it down to 2.2 and ran 13.5

Actually, I have since discovered that we were leaking some nitrous through a loose connection. That means I was probably only running a 50 shot. I'm going back to the track next week, we'll see where that puts me.
PS - 60' was 2.2
PPS - The entire system is mounted using existing holes through the firewall and tie wraps. It can and will be returned to stock should the tranny or engine ever go out.
