So my 99 Acura TL rolled over 100k miles yesterday and as fate or murphys law would have it my radio died almost immediately
. After reading some posts I checked the fuse and sure enough it was blown. I promptly replaced it with a fuse from my local AutoZone and it too immediately was blown. Do I have a short somewhere or is the radio just crapped out and blowing the fuses? I would like to change the radio out with the 02 6 disc version (and now is a good reason to do so) but I want to make sure this isn't something simple.

Happy ending
I'm happy to say this problem has a happy ending. My son had been playing in the car and slipped a few pennies into the cigarette lighter which is on the same circuit thus causing the short. Too damn funny
. All is well now. Thanks guys.
