Rack and pinion question

I will try and be as short as possible. I have had two rack and pinions replaced in the past year and the bushings keep deteriorating. I ordered new mounting bolts for the rack and pinions from Acura parts online, but do they take a specific washer for those mounting bolts? If anyone has any info let me know.

Which 'mounting bolts' are you talking about on the diagram below?

Interesting.
That must be an 'updated' bolt?
Hondapartsnow.com has the same picture as APW for 90108-SH3-003:

That 90108-SH3-003 part number is clearly on your picture above:

Lastly, Amayama.com has the same looking bolt on their website parts graphic:
Buy Genuine Honda 90108SH3003 (90108-SH3-003) Bolt, Gear Box Mounting (10X55). Prices, fast shipping, photos, weight - Amayama

None of which match the images used on the APW or HPN websites below.

Sometimes the Honda parts online stores have the wrong photos, and in this case they are showing you an eccentric bolt which is commonly used in suspension arm mounting to allow adjustment for wheel alignment. You can see the markings on the washer which delineate the range of adjustment.

If you look closely at the diagram, 16 is the bolt you received. The bolt is a flange bolt and not a bolt with a separate washer.

Do you have the metal sleeves inside the rubber bushings?

That's why I'm super confused. The shop doing the work asked me about washers and where were they, then as you saw the picture online doesn't match what I received even though the diag shows a bolt but no washer.

I did contact apw but it takes 1-2 business days to get back to me. This would be the third rack and pinion, original was bad, second the mounting bolt was wrong and replaced with another but a washer was installed. Not even a week passed and the bushings were deteriorating.
