well, i called to verify they will be letting you "run what you brung" and comptech type s may be going also...! so if you want to compare cls w/headers/cai against tls w/cai(we both have audio systems in car) will do at the track, try to show up. either way, we will try to take pix and vid cam will be on hand...

i hope to be there before 5pm so i can beat the crowd, if there is any. as long as the cold weather holds up, we should get some good times in. let us know if ur going, so we can meet up or expect to see you there....!

 

Yeah, what time are you guys gonna be there. I might be down for a mini meet? Maybe even run my car in this cold weather to see what times I get.

 

planning for arrival of 4:30pm

oh yeh, i also plan on staying the night and hitting westheimer on saturday night again....over at the randalls/taco cabana parking lot at westheimer/wilcrest. comptech type s may stick around for this too...so if ya'll want to get a mini meet on sat, this would work for us...!

 

i ran and although the weather started out great, it got pretty bad before the night was over...

anyway, i ran w/my sub box and spare tire and all that junk in the trunk first...best time, 15.012

w/out the box or spare tire/jack, i only got to take one run and hit 14.955, but it was lightly sprinkling so i spun the tires more than i would have liked...either way, it was fun, and i got to gauge my cars perforamce against alot of other cars and trucks. at least i know a camaro rs w/auto tranny isnt much faster..!!!

btw, i only have aem cai. everything else is stock. and this was my first time at the track. so let me know what ya'll think of my times...
