Alright so I got the footwell lighting installed and it turns on when i open the doors but how do i wire them up to a switch so i can turn them on and off manually? Thanks

 

get a toggle/flip/push whatever type of switch you want, connect one side of the switch to a constant Gound source (just to any bare metal or any existing ground attachment points) and splice the other side of the switch to the negative wire of the footwell lighting.
